Donkey Day at Flaxton Green — January 31, 2010

Sherryn and Graeme Green's Flaxton Green Donkey Stud was the venue for a Donkey Day organised by Jan Wright for people to get-together with or without their donkeys.

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea were enjoyed in the shade at the Green's home

Sherryn Green Driving Comet before he has his feet cleaned and trimmed.

People crowded in as Arthur Salkeld and Graeme Green gave a hoof trimming demonstration with Eleanor Rae participating in the action.

Using secateurs the outside overgrown wall was cut away and the frog tidied before rasping.
